Associate

Rodrigo Olmos-Hortigüela is a lawyer in the Business Law group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financing (private equity and venture capital). He also advises businesses in general corporate law and commercial law cases.

Before joining Lavery, Rodrigo worked as a lawyer at a boutique firm in Montréal specializing in venture capital and corporate law. He also worked as legal counsel for a large corporation where he honed his skills in mergers and acquisitions and commercial law.

Rodrigo holds a law degree from the Université Laval. During his studies, he had the opportunity to spend a semester abroad at the Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid.
