Rodrigo Durán de la Vega is a Principal Associate in the Banking and Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups.

He has more than 10 years of experience in transactional practice. Throughout his career, he has participated in a wide variety of local and cross-border structuring and lending transactions, both bilateral and syndicated.

He has also advised buyers and sellers in private company and asset acquisitions, having experience in mergers & acquisitions, including leveraged acquisitions and reorganizations, as well as in general corporate matters.

Law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (2012). Post-graduate certificate in Corporate Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (2015) and Masters in Law degree (LL.M.) from the University of Columbia in New York (2017). Admitted to practice law in the State of New York (2018).
