Profile

Rob is a commercial real estate attorney who focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real property acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, land development and commercial lending. Although his deal work includes all asset categories, his practice focuses primarily in assisting clients with transactions relating to medical office buildings, self-storage assets, single-family home developments and multi-family developments. He regularly represents a variety of investors, real estate investment funds, developers, homebuilders and lenders. His practice consists primarily of the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing documents and ancillary closing documents; he manages and runs closings; conducts due diligence for a variety of real estate transactions; and reviews, analyzes and summarizes zoning and land use restrictions for clients and resolves disputes in pre-litigation postures.
