Profile

I work closely with leading international brands, independent businesses, founders and creatives, advising on a wide range of commercial and intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on brand marketing, collaborations, licences, franchise agreements and music catalogue transactions. My perspective is informed by my previous career in music and fashion, where I worked as a Product Manager, Label Manager and Marketing Manager for major and independent record labels, and as Commercial Director and Director of Business Development for start-up, independent and group fashion businesses. I have also participated in programmes with the British Fashion Council and Walpole-'s Brands of Tomorrow, and I hold a Global Fashion Management MBA from Institut Français de la Mode. I have a strong interest in the creative industries, am an active member of Shoosmiths-' Consumer & Retail sector group, and aim to bring a commercial focus and strategic understanding to support my clients-' objectives.
