Since 2007, she has pursued her professional career at J&A Garrigues in the following practice areas:

• Recurring advice on Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts. She provides recurring advice on all aspects of corporate law and commercial contracts affecting companies.
• Advice on Restructuring and Insolvency. She has managed numerous insolvency proceedings and her experience encompasses petitioning for the voluntary insolvency of (individual or groups of) companies as well as providing advice to debtors on petitions for mandatory insolvency and to creditors on insolvency proceedings affecting third companies.
• Advice on Litigation and Arbitration. She has managed numerous court proceedings in the corporate/commercial field (e.g. challenges to corporate resolutions and directors' liability) and debt recovery actions (e.g. ordinary and oral proceedings).
• Advice on Mergers & Acquisitions. She has acted as legal advisor in merger and spin-off transactions as well as in sale and purchase transactions, both investment and disinvestment.
