Rita is a managing associate in the Dispute Resolution practice. With several years of professional experience, she specialises in civil and commercial litigation, as well as insolvency and restructuring. Rita has handled both judicial (PER and insolvency) and out-of-court (RERE) restructurings, advising investors, creditors and debtors at all stages of these processes. She works mainly as legal adviser to major clients, primarily funds, groups and companies in a wide range of business sectors.

Rita has taught modules in postgraduate courses on corporate restructuring, with a particular focus on PER (special out-of-court corporate recovery process) matters.
