Ricardo Herrero is a principal associate in the Corporate/Commercial Law practice.

He has a wealth of experience in managing professional teams, having spent more than ten years in charge of the legal practice of the Burgos office, which also encompasses the provinces of Palencia and Soria.

Over his career he has advised both local and multinational enterprises with interests in the region, enabling him to gain expertise in a wide range of corporate and commercial law issues.

He also provides recurring advice on M&A transactions, corporate restructuring processes, debt restructuring, corporate disputes and family business matters, among others.

He has lectured in legal counseling at Universidad of Burgos for the last three years.
