Mrs. Goldstein is an associate in the Corporate Department.



Mrs. Goldstein provides general counsel to public and private companies, with an emphasis on corporate law, securities law, capital markets, structured finance and derivatives, and commercial transactions.



Mrs. Goldstein was a member of the editorial board of the Bar-Ilan University Law Review and chair of the Bar-Ilan Law Faculty debating society. Mrs. Goldstein also served as a teaching assistant for the corporate law course at the Bar-Ilan University Law Faculty.
