Reitumetse Sebatana is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Employment practice. 

She specialises in employment litigation and advisory services.

Her experience includes advising on various employment related matters such as compliance with employment law legislation, unfair dismissals, unfair labour practices, organizational rights, collective bargaining, industrial action, employment related due diligences, drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies.

In addition, Reitumetse has experience in employment litigation, such as drafting and preparing documents in the CCMA, Labour Court, and disciplinary enquires.

Reitumetse has advised clients in the mining, energy, public sector, logistics, beauty and cosmetics, metal, engineering, and retail sectors and/or industries.
Reitumetse is a member of the South African Society for Labour Law.
