Rebecka Th rn specializes in employment law advice to both national and international companies and organizations in both the private and the public sector. She assists HR departments and other management functions in connection with, among other things, restructurings, transfer of undertakings, trade union negotiations, discrimination issues, work environment matters, terminations and policies.

Rebecka also has extensive experience in implementing whistleblowing systems and is responsible for receiving and investigating whistleblowing cases for a large number of clients, including listed international groups as well as public operations. She is a frequently engaged speaker regarding whistleblowing.
