With over sixteen years of experience, Rebecca has developed a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate transactions. She works with businesses, developers, and investors, providing expert guidance on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing matters.

Rebecca assists clients with the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential real estate, including office buildings, industrial properties, retail spaces, and vacant land. Her work in purchase and sale agreements is central to her practice, where she drafts, reviews, and negotiates complex agreements, addressing issues such as contingencies, due diligence, title and survey concerns, and closing procedures.
