• Advised Dexus Real Estate Equity Partners on residential asset acquisitions and developments.
• Advised University of Notre Dame on its acquisition of the Blackfriars Campus from UTS.
• Provided duty advice to Kurraba Group and Altea Investments on their joint venture acquisition of 1 Central Avenue, Eveleigh.
• Provided structuring and stamp duty advice to Toga Central Development on a proposed state significant redevelopment.
• Advised AMP Capital, Landcom, Frasers Property Australia, and Australian Unity on various property and redevelopment transactions.
• Provided NSW land tax advice to Urbanest in connection with its AU$2B sale to Scape Australia.
