Profile

Ramón Martínez Martínez is a senior associate in the Administrative Law and Planning and Zoning practice areas.

He has extensive experience in zoning law, especially as regards planning, management and zoning enforcement, in both administrative and court proceedings.

He provides recurring advice (in the context of administrative and court proceedings) on a range of public law topics, including condemnations, public procurement and administrative penalty law.

As regards his teaching experience, he lectured on the course for financial institutions entitled "The new Land Law (Law 8/2007, of May 28, 2007)" in October 2007 in A Coruña.

He has also lectured in planning and zoning on the I, II and III Master's Degree for access to the legal profession offered by Universidad de A Coruña and A Coruña Bar Association (2013, 2014 and 2015).

Ramón Martínez is a member of A Coruña Bar Association.
