Ramón Jareño is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial law practice at the Alicante office and has practiced at the firm since 1998. He specializes in commercial and civil law, particularly in the areas of corporate law and contracts.

He has broad experience in M&A transactions, having advised on and assisted with numerous corporate acquisitions and restructuring processes.

A great deal of his work involves family business matters, and he has advised on multiple business succession processes and on the drawing up of family protocols.

He has also advised on numerous real estate deals and civil and commercial contracts at domestic and international level, as well as on major financial restructuring processes. In recent years, he has also assisted with various divestments undertaken by financial institutions.

He is the nondirector board secretary or legal counsel at several companies.

He has participated as a speaker at various seminars and conferences in his areas of expertise.
