Rachael Brodd maintains a comprehensive commercial practice with a focus on advising clients undertaking complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts, private capital investments and the formation of joint ventures.

In addition to her corporate practice, Rachael also counsels clients regarding antitrust matters that may arise during the transaction process, including the preparation and filing of the Notification and Report Form for Certain Mergers and Acquisitions under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act.
