Priti Patel concentrates her practice in the area of real estate finance, representing financial institutions in connection with real estate secured lending transactions. She routinely works with institutional lenders in commercial real estate transactions involving a wide range of property types. Priti has extensive experience drafting mortgage documents, lease subordination agreements, estoppel certificates and other legal instruments to protect her client’s interest in real estate collateral. Priti regularly conducts due diligence analysis and review to identify potential real estate-related issues and advises her clients on risk mitigation options and strategies.
She emphasizes the importance of communication to facilitate complex closings in a timely manner.
Priti also has experience in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy and other general real estate matters.
