Praewphand is an associate with Kudun and Partners, active in the dispute resolution and litigation practice of the firm. She is well versed in preparing complaint, pleadings, petitions and motions for different types of civil and criminal cases including liaising with relevant agencies and officers. She has experience in providing advice concerning with immigration matters under the U.S. law, and prepare immigration applications to submit to the U.S. government agencies. She also has experience in providing advice relating to corporate and commercial transactions.
