Përparim KALO is the Founder and the Managing Partner. Mr. Kalo has advised on almost all landmark projects of privatization or concessions. He has also been active in drafting commercial legislation (concessions, renewable energy resources, financial leasing, secured transactions, arbitration, etc.) He acts for a considerable number of Fortune 500 and world leading corporations including Microsoft, Bechtel, Deutsche Bank, Vodafone, Schering-Plough, Shell, Colgate-Palmolive, Ericsson, Volvo, Ford Motors, Lafarge, Credit Agricole, Societe Generale, Visa International, Lockheed Martin.
He drove the firm through many challenges and initiatives from 1994 to date, including the foundation of the largest legal alliance in South East Europe Legal Group (www.seelegal.org)
