Profile
Pedro Lemos Carvalho is principal associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts department.
He has extensive expertise in transactions involving the purchase and sale of companies and assets, ongoing advice on matters of corporate law, domestic and cross-border restructuring, and advice to overseas clients investing in Portugal. For having worked at the Shanghai office of Garrigues, he is a member of the Asia-Pacific Desk of Garrigues, advising Portuguese clients in their investments in that region and also Chinese clients in their investments in Portugal.
Pedro Lemos Carvalho is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
