She has extensive experience in civil and commercial judicial and arbitration proceedings of a contractual and non-contractual nature in relation to a broad range of matters such as corporate disputes (challenges to corporate resolutions, liability of directors and other conflicts between shareholders), sale and purchase of companies, distribution and agency agreements, financial products, construction, private international law and insurance.

She also provides recurring advice to companies in the banking, insurance, financial, energy, telecommunications and construction sectors in pre-litigation negotiations and has participated in prominent judicial and arbitration proceedings at a national (Madrid Court of Arbitration (CAM), Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA), etc.) and international level (International Court of Arbitration (ICC)), under various applicable laws.
