Profile
Paul is an experienced trial lawyer with a diverse civil and commercial litigation practice. He regularly advises and acts for clients in real estate and construction litigation, shareholder litigation, insurance and tort litigation, civil fraud and fiduciary claims, and other complex commercial disputes. Paul also has significant experience in judicial review proceedings and injunction applications.
Paul has appeared as counsel in all levels of court in British Columbia and before various administrative tribunals and arbitration centres. He has been a member of Lawson Lundell's Commercial Litigation Group since 2015.
Paul is also an Adjunct Professor with the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, teaching an upper-year course in Civil Procedure.
