Paul Belva is an Attorney in the Firm's San Diego office and a member of the Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on civil, business, probate and real estate litigation. Mr. Belva has extensive experience solving residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes, and representing multifamily property owners in complex litigation matters.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Belva was a certified litigation paralegal for ten years and volunteered as Vice President of the University of San Diego Paralegal Program Alumni Board.
