Patrick Turinawe is an Partner at ENS in Uganda.

He has acted for clients in a variety of industries including Banking and Finance, Infrastructure, Civil, Fraud and Insurance.

Patrick's experience includes acting for the Central Bank of the Republic of Uganda, several financial institutions, multinationals and government agencies in commercial disputes before the High Court and Court of Appeal.

He has also represented multinational companies in arbitration proceedings. He has represented Uganda's Bar Association before the Constitutional Court. Patrick has vast experience in tax litigation before the Tax Appeals Tribunal and appellate courts.

Patrick is a member of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) African Users Council.
