I represent my clients on a wide variety of real estate and business transactions, helping them navigate complex issues as we bring their goals to fruition. Recognizing that every situation is unique, I provide a detailed, personalized approach that allows me to deliver valuable insight to each client.Law school allowed me to develop a penchant for transactional work after representing start-up, non-profit, and early-stage companies as part of the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic. I now regularly represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, and operation of timberlands and agricultural property. In addition, I assist clients with a wide variety of leasing and commercial property transactions throughout the Pacific Northwest.I spent my 2019 summer with Schwabe as a Summer Associate.
