Pablo Andres is a partner in the Tax practice area, specializing in international taxation. He provides tax advice to Spanish business groups in relation to processes for their internationalization, and to foreign investors-both industrial and financial-on setting up or investing in Spain.

He has participated in numerous M&A operations and in real estate transactions undertaken by foreign investors in Spain.

He provides tax advice on an ongoing basis to multinational groups with a presence in Spain, and to national groups within the context of their business activities.

He has been an associate lecturer in tax law at Escuela Superior de Comercio Internacional de Barcelona (ESCI) since 2012 and at Instituto Químico de Sarrià since 2013.

Pablo Andrés is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
