Oscar Friedrich primarily works with real estate transactions and has experience in general and special property law, as well as related corporate law, contract law, and security law. Oscar represents Swedish and international buyers and sellers in M&A transactions within the real estate and construction sectors and provides advice regarding the drafting, review, and negotiation of various types of agreements. His experience ranges from transfers of individual properties to more complex transactions. Oscar also has experience in project development, including matters relating to property formation, zoning, development, and implementation agreements, as well as permits and various types of regulatory approvals. In addition, he regularly assists clients regarding corporate matters.
