Oscar Alcuña is a counsel in the labor and employment law practice.

He has extensive expertise in collective negotiation processes, labor restructuring of companies, outsourcing projects, negotiation of collective enterprise agreements, systems flexible work organization and irregular distribution of working time, senior management contracts and the management of legal proceedings before all organs of the labor jurisdiction. His constant participation in collective negotiations in various different areas, allow him to maintain constant contact with the main social actors and own industrial relations problems.

He also provides recurring advice to companies of various sectors, among which include the sector of automotive components, outsourcing services, financial, computer consulting and pharmaceutical industry.
