Octavio Bofill Brito is an associate in the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts, and Mergers & Acquisitions practice areas at the Santiago de Chile office.
To date, he has focused professionally on commercial and corporate law matters, advising national and foreign companies from a variety of sectors.
On the other hand, he has regularly been involved in the execution of M&A transactions.
In the academic field, since 2015 he has served as assistant to the professorship on Civil Law, at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
