Noora specialises in employment law with a wide range of focus areas, including transactional employment law, employment-related disputes, cooperation procedures and general employment law assignments. She advises both domestic and international clients on all aspects of employment-related matters. Her extensive experience encompasses advising on collective bargaining agreements, service and executive employment contracts, and termination of employment. Prior to joining Krogerus, Noora has gained experience from working as an Associate and as a Senior Associate for another leading law firm in Finland and from working as a lawyer at a Finnish employer's association.
