Niels is part of the Employment Law team. He advises Dutch clients and international clients on various employment-law issues. He focuses particularly on issues at the interface of employment law and business law, including mergers and acquisitions, participative decision-making and the position of directors under the articles of association.

Niels has obtained a bachelorâ€Ã¢â€ž¢s degree in Dutch Law and, subsequently, a degree with distinction in Civil Law from the Radboud University Nijmegen. He has also studied Business at the Radboud University Nijmegen, where he has obtained a masterâ€Ã¢â€ž¢s degree in Strategy.
