Nick is a Partner and leads the Employment teamin our Birmingham office.His approach is to provide commercial,solution-focused advice. He establishes excellent working relationships withclients and is known for his measured, practical approach and for advisingclients in ‘plain English’.During his career Nick has worked with a largenumber of blue-chip companies, advising in-house legal and HR teams on the full range ofemployment-related issues, including whistleblowing,complex organisational changes, senior-levelexits and high-profile employment litigation. He also has particular experiencein leading large-scale HR projects.Nick is regularly ranked by both Legal 500 andChambers UK, being identified in the 2025 Legal 500 directory as a ‘NextGeneration Partner’ and previously described as “"an absolute pleasureto work with. His efforts go above and beyond any other legal team I haveworked with” (Chambers UK).
