Nelisa Ndaleni is an Associate at ENS in the Competition/Antitrust practice.

Nelisa has been involved in matters in a variety of industries including the fast-moving consumer goods, transport, financial services, telecommunications, private security, gambling, and property sectors. 

Nelisa has experience in providing advice on notifiability of mergers and preparing merger notifications for various African jurisdictions, advising clients on prohibited practices (including cartel conduct, restrictive vertical practices and abuse of dominance), providing general competition advice, conducting due diligence reviews, and assisting clients with compliance reporting obligations and queries from competition authorities. 

Nelisa is a member of the Association of Competition Law Practitioners, has authored various competition law-related articles for the European Competition Law Review and has prepared headnotes for the Butterworths Competition Law Reports.
