Neil Katsuyama is a Special Counsel in the Firm's Los Angeles office and a member of the Labor and Employment practice group. Mr. Katsuyama's practice involves class action, PAGA, and FEHA defense, as well as all areas of business litigation, including representing ERISA plans in reimbursement disputes, business disputes among hotel owners and contractors, and commercial real estate disputes. He has represented clients in arbitration, trial, and California and Federal appeals.
