Nazaret Babío Nogales is a senior associate in the Labor and Employment practice of the Seville office, and joined Garrigues in 2011.

She specializes in labor due diligence and restructuring processes, as well as providing comprehensive labor law advice to companies, including public sector entities (both municipal and regional).

She has expertise in labor litigation and labor-related judicial review proceedings.

During her professional career at Garrigues, she has participated in numerous engagements, with broad experience in matters such as: individual and collective dismissals, collective bargaining, corporate reorganization processes, senior management, proceedings involving the labor and social security inspection authorities, legal opinions and recurring advice on labor and social security matters.

Nazaret is a member of the Seville Bar Association.
