Naiara Bueno Aybar is a Partner in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department at Garrigues, where she has pursued her entire professional career.

She specializes mainly in the banking industry, debt restructuring (including pre-insolvency advisory services), finance and insurance, private equity, collective investment vehicles, capital and debt instrument issues, as well as integral corporate/commercial advisory services, including advice on corporate governance-related matters (functioning of and/or dispute resolution on corporate bodies).

Elsewhere, she also practices in the areas of corporate and project finance.

She provides recurring advice on regulatory, financial and business-related aspects of domestic and international acquisition, structural modification and debt and/or business restructuring transactions, taking in advice on securities market law, by providing legal services to listed companies. Moreover, she has a proven domestic and international track record of takeover bids.

Associate Lecturer at the Faculty of Law at ESADE (Universidad Ramon Llull) in Barcelona where she teaches classes on corporate/commercial and business law.
