Profile

Nadja Leuthardt works as a managing associate at Walder Wyss. She specialises in real estate law and advises institutional and private clients in the areas of public and private construction law, tenancy law and property law (including condominium ownership). In addition to advising on real estate related contracts, her areas of expertise include litigation in construction, landlord and tenant as well as other real estate related disputes. She also advises on general contract law. Nadja advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Nadja Leuthardt has experience in various fields of the real estate sector. After completing a commercial apprenticeship in the real estate/fiduciary sector, she first worked in real estate property management. Nadja Leuthardt then studied law at the University of Basel (BLaw 2015, MLaw 2016). She was admitted to the bar in 2018 and joined Walder Wyss in 2019 as an attorney specialising in real estate law. In autumn 2022/spring 2023, she also completed the CAS Real Estate Investment Management and CAS Real Estate Asset Management at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU). She completed her doctorate at the University of Fribourg in February 2025 on the subject of condominium ownership.

Nadja Leuthardt's professional languages are German and English. She is registered with the bar registry of the canton of Basel-Stadt and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
