Ms. Gil is an associate in FBC's Corporate Department.



Ms. Gil has a diverse corporate practice encompassing a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including private equity and venture capital transactions, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and the legal aspects of the operations of high-tech and life sciences companies.



Ms. Gil has represented public and private acquirers as well as target companies, private equity firms, and investment banks in a variety of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, and has advised on joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate matters.
