Mr. Moyal is an associate in FBC's Real Estate and Planning & Zoning Department and his practice concentrates on development projects, planning and zoning, sale and leaseback of yielding properties and other real estate assets, real estate taxation.



Mr. Moyal also provides his clients with comprehensive legal services regarding their transactions and projects, while handling different aspects of the transaction's various stages (entrepreneurship stages, land acquisition, betterment, establishment, management, leasing and, when required, the sale and acquisition).



Prior to joining FBC, Mr. Moyal was an associate in the real estate department of a leading Tel Aviv law firm (2012-2014).
