Profile
Mònica Rendé is a senior associate in the Tax Department. She joined Garrigues in January 2001 and has pursued her professional career at the firm since then.
She has extensive expertise providing tax advice to family businesses.
She provides ongoing tax and asset advice to individuals and family businesses on personal income tax, wealth tax, corporate income tax and inheritance and gift tax matters.
Specialist in the study of ownership structures not only from the perspective of tax treatment of the partner but of the companies as well. Specialist in inheritance processes. Additionally, she pursues part of her practice in the field of non-profit entities.
She also takes part in seminars and conferences organized by the firm, and collaborates regularly on the publication of articles on taxation.
Mònica Rendé is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
