Mixo Tshuketana is an Associate at ENS in the Project Development and Project Finance practice.

His practice is focused on the construction sector, with particular expertise in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts. Mixo has developed a strong specialisation in the drafting, review and negotiation of EPC contracts, as well as Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contracts, project development agreements, project service agreements, and procurement contracts.

Mixo regularly advises a diverse range of clients, including lenders, sponsors and contractors, on all aspects of construction law. His work spans a variety of sectors, including infrastructure, renewable energy and mining.

His experience includes advising lenders, sponsors and contractors on the development, construction and financing of numerous landmark wind and solar energy projects in Southern Africa.
