Mitja Podpecan is a partner and head of the dispute resolution unit (litigations, arbitrations and other proceedings). He has been involved in litigation since his first employment, and throughout his service he has gained extensive experience, particularly in court and administrative proceedings. In addition to his specialist knowledge of commercial and civil law, he possesses in-depth knowledge of information and telecommunication technology, which he successfully combines with his legal expertise, particularly regarding the issues of personal data protection, electronic communications, electronic commerce on the market, new economy and blockchain technology, including mass data technology and artificial intelligence.
