Mishka Ramraj is an Associate at ENS in the Project Development and Project Finance practice.

Mishka advises on a broad range of corporate and finance matters, including project finance transactions, leveraged finance transactions, asset acquisitions, limited recourse financing, the issuance of debt instruments, and public-private partnerships.

She has significant experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on the development and financing of renewable energy projects. Her work includes advising sponsors, lenders, and other stakeholders on the structuring, development, and financing of complex infrastructure and energy projects.

Prior to joining the Project Development and Project Finance practice, Mishka gained experience in the litigation field, with a particular emphasis on dispute resolution. This background provides her with a well-rounded perspective when advising clients on complex commercial transactions and project-related matters.

Mishka is a member of the International Golden Key Honour Society.
