Mr. Min Woo HONG is a partner at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Digital Forensics (Investigations, Financial Audits, etc.) and Criminal Defense Litigation.

Mr. Hong, who is serving as a legislation director and a member of the steering committee of the Digital Forensics Certification Test Management Headquarters of the Korean Institute of Forensic Sciences, is an expert in digital forensics and handles relevant cases. In addition, he serves as an adjunct professor at the Cyber Forensics Department of Dongguk University Graduate School of International Information.

• Carried out various espionage cases as a digital forensic expert advisor of competent investigative agencies
• Carried out the Unified Progressive Party lawmaker Seok Ki LEE case (Revolutionary Organization, RO case) as a digital forensic expert advisor of competent investigative agencies
• Carried out the case in violation of the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, leading to an acquittal of a police officer
