Ms. Min Jae PARK is a partner at D&A LLC. Her practice is primarily focused on Labor & Employment, Finance & Restructuring, Compliance, International Transactions, and National Defense.
During her tenure at Korea Exchange Bank, Ms. Park handled a substantial amount of import and export business, especially letters of credit. She gained professional experience in labor policy and labor-management dispute resolution while serving as an advisory counsel for the Ministry of Employment and Labor and a public interest member of the National Labor Relations Commission. In addition, as a mediator at the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency, she strived to achieve early resolution of medical disputes, and as a director and auditor of public-benefit corporations, such as Sangmun Academy and Sogang University, she worked for their sound management.
Recently, as the legal director and compliance officer of Kangwon Land, Inc., a resort complex company, she oversaw legal affairs, emphasized the importance of ensuring rationality in the decision-making process and due process, and successfully established the compliance officer system, which was introduced for the first time in a public enterprise.
