Millie is an Associate in the Corporate team assisting with all aspects of corporate law, including venture and growth capital, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, investments and general corporate advisory mandates.

Millie completed her degree in Law at the University of Liverpool and joined Shoosmiths in September 2023. Millie completed her training contract at Shoosmiths and qualified as a solicitor in September 2025.
