Milambo is an associate in the corporate group of Carey Olsen's Cayman Islands office. He advises early-stage and late-stage companies on a wide variety of corporate matters including entity formation, venture capital, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.  Milambo works closely with founders and management to guide them through key transactions and strategic decisions throughout the company lifecycle.
