Mikko is a highly experienced dispute resolution lawyer who advises clients on commercial dispute resolution, internal investigations, and contentious regulatory matters. He has particular expertise in M&A and corporate disputes, international trade disputes and other complex commercial contractual matters. He has been involved in many of the most significant high-stakes disputes in Finland.

Known for his strategic thinking and direct approach, Mikko provides pragmatic, business-focused advice, even in the most complex and pressurised situations. He has extensive experience of representing domestic and international clients before arbitral tribunals and general and administrative courts. Mikko also regularly assists clients in enforcing arbitral awards and foreign judgments. Mikko is a trusted adviser for clients facing their most critical commercial disputes.
