He has extensive experience in investment and divestment processes involving Spanish and foreign companies in a wide range of sectors and industries (telecommunications, energy, nursing home, hotel and commerce, and real estate, among others). He advises both private equity firms and industry companies at each stage of these types of transaction: legal design and structuring of the investment, legal due diligence reviews of target companies, drafting of sale and purchase agreements as well as all documentation to be signed by the parties in the course of the process (shareholder agreements, agreements with the management team, etc.).

He has participated in the planning and execution of reorganization and restructuring processes at companies and groups, as well as mergers and spin-offs, and provides recurring advice on commercial contracts and corporate law.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
