Miguel Rapallo Toquero is a senior associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice at the firm's Valladolid office, which he joined in April 2017.

He has extensive experience in all manner of disputes in the civil jurisdiction. In particular, he has broad experience before civil, commercial and arbitration courts in cases relating to civil and commercial contracts, contractual and noncontractual liability, indemnification derived antitrust torts, challenges against corporate resolutions, unfair competition and directors' liability, among others.

In addition, he provides advice on an ongoing basis in criminal proceedings (statements to the police, trials and other court proceedings) as well as in administrative proceedings.
