From 1993 to 1997, practiced in the firm of José Berbel. Joined Garrigues in 1997.

In charge of the litigation practice at the Valladolid and Burgos offices.
Expert in corporate procedural law (insolvency, directors' liability, challenges to corporate resolutions, corporate disputes etc.) and out-of-court refinancing transactions.

Teaching Experience:

• Lecturer on the Advanced Course on Company Law and Legal Advisory Services (1998-1999 and 2000-2001) organized by Fundación San Pablo CEU, Castilla y León.
• Lecturer on the Advanced Course on Corporate Tax and Legal Advisory Services (2001-2002 and 2002-2003), in collaboration with the Law Faculty, Universidad de Valladolid.
• Lecturer on the Master's Course on Corporate Tax and Legal Advisory Services (2003-2004 and 2004-2005), in collaboration with the Valladolid Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Law Faculty, Universidad de Valladolid.
• Lecturer on the Company Law Practical Course (from 1995 to 2005) organized by Universidad de Valladolid and Valladolid Bar Association.
